DIET – WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT
I drive for Malaga Airport Transfers. When driving minibuses it can be hard to eat the right diet. When I am in the office and not driving for www.malagaminibus.com this is how my day goes. I have been on a diet now for 1 month and have lost 2 stone which is 12.7 kilograms. I do not eat in the morning as I don’t feel hungry. We are always told that you should eat in the morning even when you don’t feel hungry, but If my brain is telling me I don’t need food why should I eat.
Having tried all sorts of diets, none have worked like the one I am on now. This diet is not from the internet it is a program I have made up for my specific needs. I am a great believer that if you don’t eat you will lose weight. Unlike what we are always told not eating makes you body store fat, absolutely rubbish, if you don’t eat weight will fall of you very quickly.
I start to feel peckish around 1200 midday and I try to not to eat until 1pm. Not eating again until 8pm in the evening, which is when I have my main meal of the day. Again we are told you shouldn’t eat late but my life style dictates when I eat just like most other people. Getting up in the morning and going to work as most people do is dictated by what you do for a living.
You may have a 8 to 5 job but your place of work could be an hour or more away from your home. My job is 1 hour away so I set of for work at 7am.This dictates that you get up at 6am perhaps have a cup of tea or a cup of coffee. You may turn on the TV and computer watch the news headlines and check you emails. You may also check Facebook and Twitter and look at your mobile for any messages during the night. That takes me to about 6.30am I then go to get washed and dressed ready for the day ahead.
Arriving at work about ten minutes to 8am then my next break is 10am for 10 minutes.This is just enough time for a cup of coffee and quick look at my newspaper. This 10 minute break is not long enough to prepare a small meal. Some of my fellow employees sit there having a sandwich which isn’t the healthiest option. The next break is at 1pm which is for an hour which is plenty of time for me to prepare a small meal in the canteen kitchen. This meal will keep me going until my main meal at home or out at 8pm.
After work I like to have a few drinks with my friends. This is normally about 6pm at a pub walking distance from my home. I normally have about 3 or 4 pints of beer before walking home for my wife’s dinner at 8 pm. Whilst eating dinner I will have a glass or 2 of wine. After dinner I have a small sweet treat. I then watch TV until around 11pm before I settle down to a good night’s sleep.
